Why Volunteer at Club SC Sonning Common Youth Club?

Okay, so you might not get paid, but there are absolutely loads of benefits to volunteering!!

  • Get a free CRB/DBS check (soon to become transferable across organisations)

    o    Safeguarding,

    o    Running activities in a youth club.

What do volunteers at Club SC do?

  • Share your skills- run a one off event or activity
  • Run our tuck shop
  • Help run sports activities

Who can volunteer at Club SC?

  • Anyone! All we ask for is a minimum commitment of one evening a month, although we are also happy for people to come and run one off events for us.
  • You will need to undertake an advanced CRB/DBS disclosure
  • Volunteers should be at least 21 years old.
  • Previous experience in coaching, mentoring, working in a school an advantage but by no means essential!
  • A can-do attitude and friendly, approachable nature.
